New Contest Honors Francine Porad

The Washington Poets Association has added haiku contest to its annual Poetry Contest for 2004. The Francine Porad Award for Haiku, which will promote the art of haiku writing, honors a leading figure in Northwest haiku. For details, please see The Francine Porad Award for Haiku.
